Ghost of Tsushima has sold more copies in Japan than Marvel’s Spider-Man, making it the best-selling Sony studio production in the Land of the Rising Sun.

An independent industry analyst nicknamed Benji-Sales reported on Twitter, citing Famitsu magazine, that Ghost of Tsushima became the best-selling production of Sony’s studio in Japanese history. The game by Sucker Punch managed to defeat the current leader, created by Insomniac Games Spider-Man, in just over three weeks after its premiere. At that time, the title found over 330,000 buyers in the Land of the Rising Sun. Ghost of Tsushima was released on July 17, 2020, only on PlayStation 4. The game is available in the full Polish language version.
